quantatechnologies.io · effective September 26, 2026

The short version

Read the site, use the contact form, ask us things. The pages here are description, not deliverable: nothing on this site is a contract, a warranty, clinical advice, or investment advice. If we build something together, that agreement will be a separate written document and it will supersede this page.

Who we are

Concept Bytes LLC runs quantatechnologies.io. Quanta Technologies is the product name this site is published under. We design and build data systems — surgical preference cards and supply reference for hospitals, quantitative analysis for trading desks, and custom operational software.

What this site is not

Not medical advice, not clinical guidance, and not a device. Not a source of truth for what to implant, order or open in a case — verify against primary sources before anything reaches a patient. Not investment advice, and not a recommendation to trade: the market pages show analysis and backtests, and a backtest is a description of a past hypothesis, not a promise about the future.

No compliance claims, no endorsements

Nothing on this site should be read as a certification or an endorsement. We do not claim HIPAA certification. We do not claim AST or TORG endorsement. We do not claim partnership with, sponsorship by, or approval from any hospital, vendor, standards body or agency. If a future page makes one of those claims, it needs the evidence and a named person standing behind it — and until then, assume there is none.

Children

This site and its tools are not for anyone under 18.

Keep patient data out of it

The contact form — and the intake stage once it is switched on — are for describing a workflow problem, not for handling a case. Do not send patient identifiers, images, records or preference-card contents through anything on this site. A brief that says “our circulatory cases run 40 minutes of paperwork” is useful; a brief that names anyone is not something we want to be holding.

The intake stage

The intake stage is planned, and it is not available today. What you can reach now is an example of it: your message is sent to this site, finds no service behind it, and the page answers from a script it keeps locally. Nothing you type into that example is stored by us, and no person reads it. When the stage does open, the AI interviewer will write a summary of your answers and a person here will read it and reply.

Who owns that summary. It belongs to the person it describes. We use it only to help that person — to answer them, and to do the work they asked us for. We use it for nothing else: not to resell, not to publish, not to train something for someone else’s benefit. Asking us for it gets it back to you, and asking us to delete it deletes it.

In either state the intake is a tool for describing work, not a professional opinion about your work, and using it creates no obligation and implies no quote — prices and scope come from a written agreement.

Your use of the site

Third-party links and products

Pages here link out, and ScrubStack and SurgX run on their own domains under their own terms and privacy notices. Where a product page describes a public data source, that source’s own terms apply to the underlying data, and we are passing along what those sources said, checked where we could.

Availability and changes

The site is provided as it is. Two things are true at the time of writing and belong here rather than in a changelog: the contact form hands its text to your own mail application to send, so if that application is not configured on your device, nothing reaches us and you should write to us directly; and the intake stage above is not switched on. We can change these terms; when we do, the effective date at the top changes, and continuing to use the site after that means the new version applies.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for how you use information from this site, or for decisions taken from it without independent verification. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded — for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The most we owe anyone. If we owe you anything at all out of using this site, the most is $100, or whatever you paid us in the 12 months before it came up — whichever of those two is more. If you never paid us anything, the figure is $100. That limit does not apply to liability the law says cannot be limited, which is the paragraph above this one.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, where Concept Bytes LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these terms will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Stone County, Missouri, where the company operates. Wyoming law and Missouri courts is the deliberate pair: registered in the first, working from the second.

Nothing in law requires this particular choice. Consumer-protection statutes in your own state may still apply to you whatever these terms say, and nothing here is meant to take away a protection you cannot be contracted out of.
