Who we are

Concept Bytes LLC runs quantatechnologies.io. Quanta Technologies is the product name this site is published under. We build data systems for healthcare, financial operations and other specialist work — the site describes that work and lets you start a conversation about it.

What this page covers

The brochure pages on quantatechnologies.io, the contact form, and the sign-in box on the home page. ScrubStack and SurgX are separate products on their own domains with their own notices. The other names on this server (console, factory, marketplace, mcp, ops) are working tools, not this brochure site, and they are not covered here.

What the site collects today

The contact form. It asks for your name, email, organisation, the kind of enquiry, and a message. Pressing send opens a draft email in your own mail app with that text in it. The site does not receive or store the form, so nothing here is kept unless your mail client actually sends the note.

The example interview. The home page runs an example interview locally in your browser, and what you type into that example is not sent anywhere. The live service it would talk to is not deployed on this site, so the answers come from an example script.

The sign-in box. The home page asks for an email address, a password and an organisation, and sends them to this site when you press the button. There is no account service behind that address yet, so no account is created and nothing you typed is stored. It is an example of a thing that is planned, not switched on. When it does switch on, this page will say exactly what it stores before it goes live, not after.

The web server’s access log. Every request is logged. Each line holds the name you asked for, your IP address, the date and time, the path you asked for and the page’s result code, how much data was sent, the page you came from, and your browser’s own identification string. What you type into the sign-in box is not in the log: it records the request, not the contents of it. We keep these records for 30 days. They are for keeping the site working and finding out what broke, not for building a profile of you.

Google Fonts. These pages ask Google for font files, so your IP address reaches Google when a page loads. We would rather tell you plainly than let it ride under a blanket “we share nothing” claim.

The /demos/ pages are worked examples for other businesses. Some link to those businesses’ own pages elsewhere, which have their own tracking once you click through. The 3D needle viewer loads a graphics library (three.js) from unpkg.com and its 3D models from our Cloudflare storage, so those services see your IP address when that page loads. These demos are not Quanta services.

Page views are counted. Anonymously, by us.

This site counts page views using GoatCounter, a counter that runs on a server we administer. It is the only analytics on this site. What that means, plainly:

If the counter's rules ever grow, or any second analytics tool is added, this page changes first and says so in the sentence that describes it — not in a footnote and not buried in a settings menu.

What we do not claim

This notice makes no compliance or endorsement claims of any kind. Specifically: we do not claim HIPAA certification. We do not claim AST or TORG endorsement. We do not claim partnership with, sponsorship by, or approval from any hospital, vendor, registry, agency or standards body. Some page on this site may one day be allowed to make one of those claims, with evidence attached; this notice is not where that happens.

Please don’t send us patient data

Neither the contact form nor the intake stage is a place for patient records, case details, images, or anything that identifies a patient. Describe the problem in your workflow instead — who works around it, and what it costs. That is what we need to hear, and it is what we intend to hold.

Children

This site and its tools are not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from a child. If we learn that a child’s details reached us through the contact form, we delete them.

Where it lives, and for how long

Hosting, mail, and any storage the intake stage will eventually use, run on infrastructure our team administers. What exists to keep today is the enquiry text you email us, and we keep an enquiry for one year while we are talking with you and winding the conversation down. Server visit records are kept for 30 days. There are no intake accounts or briefs in storage yet, because the stage is not switched on.

Your choices

Email info@scrubstack.io and ask. Delete an enquiry, or ask what we hold about you — a person reads that address, and we would rather answer directly than point you at a form. That is the one address we use for contact everywhere on this site; there are no others. The intake account and its briefs are not there to delete yet; this sentence will gain them when the stage is switched on.

Requests under a privacy law still belong to you wherever you live; writing to the address above is the way to make one here. Our terms govern this site — Wyoming law, with disputes in Missouri courts.

If this page changes

We will put a new effective date at the top of this page. If a change is because we started collecting something new, we will say so in the sentence that describes it, not in a footnote.
